Your Role
As a Specialist at StayVista, you will be responsible for building and scaling StayVista’s influencer marketing and brand partnerships ecosystem by driving high-impact campaigns, identifying the right creator voices, and managing agency partnerships effectively. The role requires a strategic and performance-driven approach to blend luxury lifestyle storytelling with data-backed marketing decisions, while staying ahead of cultural and digital trends to position StayVista as a top-of-mind brand for luxury stays in India.

About You
  • Build and scale the StayVista Influencer Playbook by defining creator selection standards, storytelling formats, and premium brand integration guidelines
  • Manage influencer agencies end-to-end, including KPI setting, campaign execution, deliverable tracking, and talent alignment with StayVista’s luxury brand positioning
  • Drive influencer marketing campaigns with a strong focus on premium aesthetics, platform performance, and brand storytelling
  • Guide creators, agencies, and internal teams on content concepts, storyboards, and creative execution to ensure high-quality and engaging output
  • Stay updated with social media trends, creator ecosystem shifts, platform algorithm changes, and emerging content formats to keep the brand ahead of the curve
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness, creator performance, engagement trends, and content styles to continuously refine marketing strategies and improve brand impact
  • Prospect, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships with luxury and lifestyle brands to create unique brand collaborations and experiences
  • Handle commercial discussions, influencer contracts, and long-term content usage rights effectively
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand, and content teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, preferably within premium lifestyle, hospitality, luxury, or D2C brands
  • Proven experience in managing agencies and driving high-quality campaign outcomes
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of the Indian creator ecosystem with a strong creative and cultural perspective
  • This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs
