Your Role
As a Specialist at StayVista, you will be responsible for making StayVista the most shareable and talked-about hospitality brand in India by blending creative storytelling with data-driven strategy. You will be responsible for going beyond a standard content calendar, leveraging platform and infrastructure shifts, tapping into cultural moments, and optimizing retention metrics to build a dynamic and engaging digital presence. .

About You
  • You will be responsible for driving a trends-first content strategy by leveraging topical events, travel triggers, and cultural moments to position StayVista within evolving travel patterns
  • You will be responsible for setting and maintaining a premium visual identity that reflects luxury, focusing on aspiration, architecture, and overall experience
  • You will be responsible for managing platform-specific strategies across Instagram (Reels, discovery), YouTube (long-form, shorts, walkthroughs), and LinkedIn (thought leadership)
  • You will be responsible for analyzing performance beyond vanity metrics, focusing on shareability, saves, and inquiries to guide content decisions
  • You will be responsible for continuously optimizing content through A/B testing of hooks, formats, and captions based on performance insights
  • You will be responsible for aligning social media efforts with business goals, ensuring content contributes to occupancy and campaign performance
  • You will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives around each property’s unique selling points
  • You will be responsible for building and engaging a strong community through a premium, witty, and responsive brand voice
  • You will be responsible for managing influencer collaborations and ensuring content meets brand quality standards
  • 3+ years of experience managing social media for premium D2C, lifestyle, or hospitality brands
  • Strong eye for luxury aesthetics and ability to identify emerging trends early
  • Proficiency in social analytics, Canva, basic mobile editing, and project management tools
  • Agile and adaptable mindset with the ability to pivot strategies based on real-time insights
  • This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs
