Your Role
As an General Manager at StayVista, you will lead the development and operations of StayVista's Facility Management Vertical, creating frameworks for property maintenance, utilities, security, and other key services. Responsibilities include expanding the client base, managing contracts, implementing SOPs, and overseeing daily villa operations to ensure guest-ready properties and high service standards. You’ll stay current on industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
About You
- Develop and implement the strategic vision for the Facility Management Vertical, ensuring alignment with StayVista's overall goals and objectives.
- Create a comprehensive framework for facility management services, covering property maintenance, repairs, utility management, security, electrical maintenance, cleanliness, landscaping, plumbing, and other common facilities.
- Define and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes for all aspects of facility management operations.
- Establish a Management Information System (MIS) to track activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations and develop commercial structures that ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facility management, continuously seeking improvement and innovation.
- Supervise the daily operations and maintenance of villas, ensuring properties are consistently guest-ready and fully operational.
- Direct on-site staff to follow instructions and maintain high standards of service.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling new business verticals, preferably within the hospitality or real estate sector.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in facility management, with a Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards related to facility management.
- This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs

- Strong P&L management experience with demonstrated ability to scale multi-location facility operations while maintaining cost efficiency and high guest satisfaction scores.
