Your Role
As a Senior Specialist at StayVista, you will be responsible for leading our copywriting and design team, driving impactful campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. You will take end-to-end ownership of campaigns—from ideation to execution—while mentoring team members, crafting compelling copy, and overseeing high-quality, innovative design output. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay updated on the latest trends in copy, design, and branding, and foster a collaborative and approachable team culture.
About You
- Develop clear, creative, and compelling copy for digital and print platforms, including websites, ads, emails, and social media.
- Collaborate with brand managers, marketers, and designers to create innovative campaigns.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice across all communications.
- Conceptualize content strategies for promotional material and moment-marketing.
- Edit, proofread, and refine copy for quality, tone, and accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into content ideas.
- Thrive under pressure, delivering high-quality work within deadlines
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in the same field.
- This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs
