Your Role
As a Senior General Manager at StayVista, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving revenue growth and operational excellence. We are hiring a Sales Head – Contact Centre to lead and scale a large inside sales function, delivering high-impact revenue outcomes. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales leader who has successfully built, managed, and scaled high-performing teams, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment driven by data, performance metrics, and strategic decision-making..
About You
- Drive end-to-end revenue delivery with a strong focus on conversion excellence across the sales funnel.
- Scale conversion ratios and improve funnel efficiency through structured process optimization and performance tracking.
- Establish and maintain world-class quality and audit standards to ensure consistent customer experience.
- Lead, coach, and mentor teams while building strong succession pipelines and leadership depth.
- Foster high team retention and cultivate a performance-driven, accountable sales culture.
- Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales or contact centre environments.
- Proven track record of scaling teams, improving conversion metrics, and delivering sustained revenue growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with operational discipline and process orientation.
- A people-first leader who builds culture, capability, and long-term impact—not just numbers.
- Comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-paced, and performance-driven environments.
- This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs
